Looking for weight savings and crisp shifting? Look no further than Brompfication’s Titanium Cog Sets for single-speed and 2-speed Brompton bikes.
The CNC-machined titanium rear cogs are coated in nickel-black titanium nitride (TiN) to maintain a sharp, slick edge and extend the part’s lifetime by a factor of three. The spacers are gold anodized, and each set includes an extra 1mm spacer to replace the plastic chain guard to save an additional 12g off the weight of your bike.
The single-speed set includes one 12-tooth cog, two 2.7mm spacers, and one 1mm spacer for a total weight of 7g – a total 21g lighter than the Brompton stock standard part. The two-speed set includes one 12-tooth cog, one 16-tooth cog, one 2.7mm spacer, and two 1mm spacers for a total weight of 16g – 30g weight savings compared to the Brompton stock-standard part.

Canada: We use UPS, Purolator, Canpar or Canada Post within Canada. All applicable Provincial Taxes are charged at checkout. Orders may take 1-2 business days to process. A tracking number will be provided by email.

About Brompfication: Brompfication was formed by the Danish Brompton fanatic Peter Griebel in September 2010 and was the first company to specialize in producing parts for modifying and tuning your Brompton. The idea behind the company is to design and produce modifications for Brompton folding bikes with a simple design, that are functional, lightweight and durable.
While still a small business their passion for improving Brompton bikes have made them a widely known name in Brompton circles throughout the world. Their first product was the awesome Hinge Clamp Set that not only makes folding your bike even easier but saves weight too. Since then many new products have been developed and are all still made in small batches by family run CNC shops in Thailand.

It is important to note that orders with more than one item will be processed according to the item.
Prior to shipment before shipping, we'll examine thoroughly the items you've purchased. Today, the majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between three and seven days.
Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot completely manage our stock. The actual inventory can change at any moment. It's possible that the stock may run out after your order has been placed.
The period of time is 30 days. If you haven't received your item within 30 days, we are not able to issue a refund or an exchange.
To be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
