The beauty of a Nihola is that it truly can replace a car for families – but in some seasons, inclement weather might make you think twice about taking your bike over public transit. Never fear! The Nihola Rain Hood for the Family, Dog, and Rehab cargo bikes will have your kids or pupper warm, snug, and smiling come snow or rain.
The Rain Hood is constructed from heavy duty and fully waterproof Cordura fabric in the colour of your choice and features two thick plastic windows to let in daylight and keep out the elements. It includes two aluminum poles that fit into the silver pole mounts on the side of the box, and the Rain Hood mounts overtop like a tent and secures to the box via reinforced grommets for a secure fit. Two strong zippers that fully open the front half of the rain hood make getting the kids in and out (and buckled in for the ride) a much easier endeavour.

Canada: We charge an additional $25 on top of normal shipping fees to ship oversize items. We offer free shipping on orders over $150, but oversize items will always incur the $25 additional oversize shipping rate.
We use UPS, Purolator, Canpar or Canada Post within Canada. All applicable Provincial Taxes are charged at checkout. Orders may take 1-2 business days to process. A tracking number will be provided by email.
USA: We charge an additional $25 on top of normal shipping fees to ship oversize items. We offer free shipping on orders over $150, but oversize items will always incur the $25 additional oversize shipping rate.
We use UPS, UPS Mail Innovations, or Canada Post/USPS in the USA. No US or Canadian Tax is charged at checkout and a small flat rate international processing charge covers all cross-border Fees and Duties. Orders may take 1-2 business days to process. A tracking number will be provided by email.

It is important to note that orders with more than one item will be processed according to the item.
Prior to shipment before shipping, we'll examine thoroughly the items you've purchased. Today, the majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between three and seven days.
Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot completely manage our stock. The actual inventory can change at any moment. It's possible that the stock may run out after your order has been placed.
The period of time is 30 days. If you haven't received your item within 30 days, we are not able to issue a refund or an exchange.
To be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
